Trista is eclectic in her counseling approach to assist in reaching each individual client where they are at in their personal journey to develop strategies for personal growth, healing and hope. Trista believes that as we address immediate and underlying sources of our suffering in conjunction with the power of our thinking pattern, we can foster healthy growth and change. Through a collaborative, therapeutic relationship, improving your quality of life, from YOUR perspective, is her ultimate goal.

Trista has ample experience providing counseling services in private practice, community outreach, and within the educational setting. Areas of special training and expertise: anxiety and depression, relationships, behavior management and parenting, adolescent therapy, and women's therapy.
